Upcoming Pokémon Presents Event Date

You know how sometimes you’re barely awake, and you see something on your phone that jolts you? Well, that was me this morning, seeing this big announcement from The Pokémon Company. Is it weird that I remember the weirdest details, like how my coffee smelled slightly burnt? Okay, anyway — they’re doing this Pokémon Presents thing in July. Don’t ask me what that actually involves, ‘cause last time they did it, it was February. Or was it December? Nope, definitely February. We’re in 2025 now, if you’re tracking.

Alright, so mark your calendars for this Pokémon showcase — it’s hitting YouTube on July 22, some unholy hour like 9 a.m. Eastern or 6 a.m. Pacific. Seriously, who’s awake then? The time is set, but how long this will actually run, well, that’s anyone’s guess. Maybe a quick show, or a marathon. Who knows.

Now, what are they gonna talk about? No clues, but there’s murmurs about Pokémon Legends: Z-A. Some game, they say, that’s making its way to Nintendo Switch, and wait — Switch 2 is a thing now? And this new adventure thingy is set in Lumiose City, over in the Kalos region from X and Y. Yeah, I played those years ago. Time flies.
