So, there’s this pic. Ellie, from The Last of Us Part II. MrioMoreno5 shared this (honestly, where do these usernames come from?) and her face, it’s like… like a lightbulb moment but emotional? Makes you wonder what she’s thinking. The magic of pixels, right?

And then Couch_Gamer2k23 — I mean, come on, we’re all couch gamers at some point, no? — tossed us Maelle from Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Her expression is tinged with apprehension, like she’s seeing ghosts… or maybe just her grocery bill.

Next, we’ve got EmperorHal showing Deacon from Days Gone Remastered. Seriously grimacing while holding a weapon. Like, dude’s got some history, you just know it. You almost hear the unspoken stories, or maybe the game just has killer sound effects.

Right, moving on. So there’s Cait Sith, courtesy of xirantics. In Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, he’s all cheeky grin. Honestly, it’s the kind of look that says, “I know something you don’t.” Or maybe I’ve just been playing these games too long.

Also, there’s Raven in Stellar Blade. player1pov — yup, I guess everyone wants that front-row seat — shared this fierce look. Like, don’t mess with her, unless you have a death wish or… well, you know.

RhodWulfLeon gives us Aloy — just chilling, looking wistful. She’s in the grass of Horizon Forbidden West. Grass, of all things. Dreaming of saving worlds, or… I dunno, a vacation?
