Amazon’s Prime Day is winding down, like the end of a movie where you’re still munching popcorn. Today’s your last shot at snagging some killer VR deals, or whatever you want to call it.
So, this Quest 3S thing dropped last October. Yeah, it’s usually $300 for the 128 GB one, and $400 if you’re feeling fancy with the 256 GB. Does everything Quest 3 does, just a bit chunkier (and hey, cheaper too).
Anyway, here’s the deal: Today, you could get them for $250 and $330. Not too shabby if I say so myself.
I saw this picture — should’ve loaded by now? It’s a Meta shot. Makes you want to dive into VR, doesn’t it?
Funny thing, the 128 GB version comes with some Gorilla Tag bundle. I’m not into that game, but maybe you are? You get shiny rocks, which, in game terms, means currency. No rocks thrown, promise.
The 256 GB? Comes with Batman: Arkham Shadow (2024). Both variants actually get it. Somebody didn’t tell Meta to make it exclusive, I guess.
Oh, and there are these bundles. Headset with an Elite Strap, Elite Strap with Battery, some Link Cable thing, and a Carry Case. But honestly, no discount savings there. Might as well just grab what you need separately.
BTW, not the biggest discount we’ve seen. Black Friday had it at $300 with a $75 Amazon gift card tossed in. Felt like a heist then.
If you’re planning to dive into VR stuff like Asgard’s Wrath 2, or Skydance’s BEHEMOTH, here you go. Plus, hook it to a PC, play Half-Life: Alyx or Skyrim VR. Tons to explore.
If you’re on the edge, give our deep dive review a look. Even for $300, it felt like a steal. Real talk.
