Sure thing, here it goes:
So, imagine this — Nintendo just did that thing they do sometimes, you know, with the updates and all that. This time it’s for "Super Mario Party Jamboree," and now we’re chilling at version 2.1.0. Wild, right?
Okay, so the lowdown? They’ve got it all prepped up for the new Nintendo Switch 2. Yeah, you heard that right. Not sure if my old Switch is crying in the corner or throwing a party. Anyway, they also squashed a bunch of bugs, which — let’s be honest — are mainly the pesky kind that make you wanna throw your controller across the room. Don’t ask how I know.
Right off the bat, here’s what’s up when you’re on the Switch 2:
General Stuff
It’s mostly bug fixes. So picture this: You’re partying along in Broozer Bash, and for some reason, staring at that rules page forever — totally something I’d do while getting snacks. But now you won’t be stuck! Miracle, huh?
And those video skips? Apparently, doing that at just the right (or maybe wrong?) time really messed things up. But they fixed it — sorta like when you find that missing sock. Magic.
There’s also something about cameras dropping in and out during the game. Seriously, why do we even have cameras connected? But hey, problem solved.
Oh, and CPU shenanigans. Specifically with those mouse minigames. No more weird robot moves. Progress?
Playing online should be smoother too. Not that I really noticed with my internet that thinks it’s dial-up.
They patched up other stuff too, but they didn’t specify. Classic, right? Basically, it should just feel better now.
Switch 1 Updates
Let’s not forget it’s update central over there too.
First off, if you hit “Play Again” after grooving in Rhythm Kitchen in Free Play, and it’s acting sus — yeah, fixed.
And for the castle lovers out there, if Mario’s Rainbow Castle was your hangout but got glitchy? You’re clear to party now.
Using stamps anywhere, somehow you broke the game? Not anymore. Throw stamps like confetti.
Online’s less broken, evidently. Maybe I’ll try going online more. Or not.
They covered some other bits to make sure your gameplay isn’t a bigger mess than my room after a movie night.
Okay, so that’s the update story. Nintendo’s doing their thing and hopefully making our gaming lives less angsty. Can’t say I’m complaining, but my weekend just got a bit more interesting, I guess.
